• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after leaving our facility.

Shipping Areas

We ship to most regions globally, excluding Asia and certain remote areas. Any additional customs duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

6. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and fairness reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• All clearance items (including Boys’ Clearance and Girls’ Clearance)
• Swimwear (including Board Shorts) if the original hygiene seal is broken or removed

Return Process

2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Carefully package the item(s) and ship to the provided address

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Credit/Debit Card refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after processing

For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.
