We are proud to offer global shipping to most regions (excluding Asia and a few remote areas).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Timelines:
- Standard Shipping ( $12.95 ): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our facility.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our facility.
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way, allowing you to follow its journey to you.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you order from us. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-focused.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unworn condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- In the original packaging.
Please Note: Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and fairness, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items from our collections:
- All Clearance items (including Boys’ Clearance and Girls’ Clearance).
- Swimwear (including Board Shorts) if the original hygiene seal is broken or removed.
The Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your exchange or refund.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
Please allow the following processing times for your refund to appear:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process your return.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
