Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items from our collections:
  • Clearance items (including Boys’ Clearance and Girls’ Clearance)
  • Swimwear (including Board Shorts) if the hygiene seal is broken or removed

The Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow the following processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
